Lane Business Consulting is the coaching and consulting practice of Lorraine Lane, based in Suite 532 at 4 & Co Coworking on Early Riser Ave in Land O' Lakes. Lorraine has spent more than 25 years consulting with large enterprises and small businesses, after 15 years in training, development and HR management in the high-tech industry.
Her approach is built around the owner, not a binder. Instead of handing you a formula, she helps you find the way of doing business that plays to your own talents and interests, then builds the plan from there.

Solo and very small business owners, service-based businesses, startups and entrepreneurs, plus leaders inside larger organizations. Clients come from across Pasco, Hillsborough and Pinellas counties, and Lorraine also works with clients remotely by Zoom and phone.

The team
Jay Michlin, principal consultant, spent his career in executive and leadership roles in Silicon Valley's high-tech industry, serving customers from energy exploration and national laboratories to manufacturing, finance, retail and technology companies. He has twice served at the board level for startups.
