Payne Pool Professionals Tampa is the Tampa Bay team of Payne Pool Professionals, a pool builder founded in Gulf Breeze, FL, in 2016. Operating as Payne Pools Tampa LLC, the team designs and builds custom gunite and fiberglass swimming pools for homeowners across Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas and Hernando counties. Two Ways to Build Because Payne's Tampa team builds both gunite and fiberglass pools, homeowners can compare construction methods instead of being steered toward the only option a builder offers: Custom gunite pools — shaped to the property, with options like tanning ledges, benches, integrated spas, water features, lighting and premium interior finishes. Latham fiberglass pools — pre-manufactured shells in a range of shapes, sizes, depths and colors, with a smooth finished surface. Vinyl liner pools are not offered in the Tampa market. Remodels & Equipment For existing pools, the team handles remodeling, replastering and resurfacing, and installs or upgrades pumps, filters, heaters, lighting and automation. It also takes on commercial pool construction and renovation for hotels, apartment communities, condominiums and HOAs. The Process Projects move through consultation, a custom 3D pool design, material and equipment selections, planning and permitting, construction, and startup. The 3D rendering lets homeowners see how the pool, spa and decking will sit in the yard before construction begins. Payne is a PebbleTec certified builder, and third-party financing is available for qualified homeowners. Holloway Pools is a family-run custom pool and cast stone builder based on Gunn Highway in Odessa, FL. The business has been in the family for more than thirty years and builds primarily for homeowners in the City of Tampa and parts of Hillsborough County. Custom Pools Holloway designs and builds custom swimming pools, working with each homeowner to create a pool that fits the property and feels made for that home. The company regularly collaborates with Tampa Bay architects, designers and home builders. Cast Stone Alongside pool construction, Holloway specializes in cast stone work — a craft that lets details like coping and decorative elements be made to suit a specific project. A separate cast stone gallery on the company website shows examples. How They Work Holloway keeps its work in-house rather than subcontracting it out, which is why the company deliberately limits its building area. Much of its work comes through referrals and repeat customers, and many employees have been with the company for years. Showroom The Odessa showroom displays tile, stone, water features and other materials to help homeowners plan their project. Showroom hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday, 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Call ahead to book an appointment. Getting Started Call (813) 926-8234 to schedule a showroom visit or discuss a new pool, and browse the pool and cast stone galleries on the Holloway Pools website.

The team also builds outdoor kitchens and living spaces, so the pool, patio and entertaining areas can be designed as one project instead of several. On the commercial side, the company designs and builds ADA-compliant pools for hotels, resorts, fitness centers, residential communities and other properties where the pool serves as a shared amenity.
